RESERVATIONS
It is highly recommended that you make a reservation for your service or treatment. The salon accepts walk-ins, however, reservations are required for facials and body treatments. First time clients must secure their appointment with a valid credit card.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to appointments will be charged 50% of the service. Same day cancellations and no shows will be charged full value of the service.

AGE REQUIREMENTS
Guests must be 16 years of age or older for salon services and 18 years of age or older for body treatments. Child care is not available at Jovance.

PHYSICAL CONDITIONS
Please let us know in advance if you have a special condition such as pregnancy, high blood pressure, back problems, heart conditions, etc. Our staff will try to accommodate your needs. Jovance meets all ADA requirements.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY VISIT?
Locker rooms with a key are available for guests receiving skin and body treatments. Robes and slippers are provided as well.

CHECK IN
Please check in 15 minutes prior to your first appointment. Late arrival will reduce the length of your treatment or service. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your treatment or service will be forfeited in most cases.

WHAT TO EXPECT FOR SKIN
AND BODY TREATMENTS
For guests receiving skin treatments, it is customary that you disrobe from the waist up. For most body treatments, it is customary to disrobe entirely or wear a bathing suit. Guests will be provided with robes and towels to ensure privacy. Privacy garments are available upon request.

GRATUITY
Gratuities are welcomed and appreciated. Customary gratuities are 15% to 20%.

CONSIDERATIONS
Food, alcohol, cellular phones, pagers and smoking are not permitted at Jovance. Light refreshments (herbal tea, water, and sliced fruit) will be provided.

PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards, cash and checks. Returned checks are subject to a $25 fee.
